Start your Sunday with intention. Zen + Juice is back at the lovely Bellyard Hotel on Sunday, April 26th, designed for you to reflect & reconnect with yourself, holistically, & be refreshed.
Here’s how your morning will flow:
•We start with a guided journaling session using the Radical Reflection conversation card deck.
•Then we move into a peaceful & calming sound bath that will relax you from head to toe.
•After that, a full juice bar with fruit-infused water & you'll receive 20% off brunch at Drawbar.
Mats & pillows are provided; just bring yourself & dress comfortably. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.
Parking: The Interlock garage offers reduced rates, $6 for up to 2 hours or $10 for up to 4 hours. We encourage guests to self-park. Valet through Bellyard is $17.
